Our house has looked a lot like this since the end of March... 
Annaliese was a part of the 5th grade science fair at her school! Her project... BUBBLEMANIA (bubblegum, that is!)
She used her Dad as the controlled variable, and her hypothesis proved pretty true =)
The gum with the most sugar made the biggest bubbles. Yay for sugar =)
Natalie, Annaliese & Evan went to the Vancouver BC Temple open house with my parents & their aunt & cousins! They had a fantastic time (even without the rest of us)!
The kids just needed their birth certificates & a notarized letter giving permission for their grandparents to take them out of the country for a visit!
On the other hand, Sheldon & I needed 2 hours of time at 1 of only 2 Departments of License in the Seattle area, and 30 days wait time to get our EDLs! The other option -- 97.00 each for a passport...
I need to start the process now to have my EDL on hand!
Congratulations on the music festival, Natalie. Love the science project, Annaliese! It's nice that N, A, & E were able to visit the Vancouver temple open house even if the rest of you weren't. I'm glad to have the heads up about the EDL -- sorry you had to learn it by sad experience, though. :P
ReplyDeleteI'm excited for you to live in a bigger house, too. Once you're settled in, that is -- moving is so not fun!
Here's hoping the moving process goes as smoothly as possible. (Hang in there!) Sounds like it'll be worth it in the end, though. More space is always nice. =)

Natalie is looking very grown up. She is a beautiful young lady! What a fun science fair project for Annaliese! I like the topic she picked! Good luck with your upcoming move. Moving is kind of a pain but it sounds like it will be worth it when you get a bigger house!
