Nathan IS a VIP

Nathan had his turn to be the V(ery) I(mportant) P(erson)

this week in his Kindergarten class =)

He was sick on Tuesday, but was there for Thursday.

The VIP gets to be the line leader,

show and talk about his VIP poster,

(it's a parent/child at-home project at the beginning of the year =)

and share something that he brought from home

(a.k.a. show and tell).

The kids raise their hands and either make a 'nice comment'

about the poster or ask a question =)

Nathan brought his kendama; a Japanese toy,

to share with his class.

Afterwards his VIP poster was placed on the classroom wall

 

Sidenote:

There are some clubs in Nathan's kindergarten class,

and he is now in 3 of them;

the numbers club

for recognizing the numbers 0-20,

the ABC club for learning all

the upper and lower case letters, and

the 100 club for counting to 100!
