After only 6 weeks of practicing for
2 hours a week,
they performed in their (first) Fall Concert
at McIntyre Hall!
Sheldon & I listened to the Brass Fanfare play
The Change of the Old Guard at Waterloo,
followed by the Sinfonette (the youngest players),
and then the Junior Symphony,
followed by the Youth Symphony =)
Natalie played second violin with the Youth Symphony
in Peer Gynnt Suite, Finlandia & A Salute to the Big Apple
(the last included the Junior Symphony).
They did a great job!
